Information you provide. When you request a demo, send a message, or email us, we receive the information you submit. Our website forms ask for your name, email address, job title, an optional phone number, and your message. Please do not submit borrower records or other sensitive financial information through these forms.

Website activity. Our hosting and visitor-identification providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, visit times, and cookie or similar identifiers. This information helps deliver and protect the website and understand visits.

Information from partners. Visitor-identification services may provide company and professional contact information associated with a visit, such as an employer, name, job title, professional profile, or email address.

How we use information

We use website information to respond to inquiries, arrange demos, communicate about Krida, understand interest in our services, improve the website, and maintain its security. We may also use business contact information to send relevant sales or marketing communications. You can ask us to stop marketing to you at any time.

Cookies and visitor identification

We use RB2B to help identify businesses and visitors interested in Krida. RB2B and its data partners may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to connect your website activity with information they or other sources hold about you, including your email address. This matching may occur even if you have not submitted a form.

We or providers acting for us may use the resulting information to contact you about our services. RB2B and its partners may combine visit information with other records and process it for their own data and marketing services, as described in RB2B’s privacy policy.

You can use the RB2B / Retention opt-out form to request removal from its identification database and opt out of associated advertising. International visitors can also use RB2B’s GDPR opt-out process. These requests go to RB2B; contact us separately about information Krida already holds.

Who receives information

We use providers to operate the website and handle communications. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, Postmark delivers contact and demo requests to our team, and RB2B and its data partners support visitor identification as described above.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security concerns, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Your privacy choices

• Marketing messages. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email, where available, or email shivangi@krida.ai to ask us to stop marketing to you.
• Visitor identification. Use the RB2B / Retention opt-out form or the international opt-out process linked above.
• Browser controls. Your browser may let you block or delete cookies and restrict tracking. These settings do not delete information that has already been collected. The website does not currently change its tracking behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.
• Information held by Krida. Contact shivangi@krida.ai to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to restrict or object to processing, or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We may need to verify your identity to handle a request.

If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision about your request, contact us at the same address and state that you are requesting an appeal. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention and security

We retain website inquiries and related information for the time needed to respond, maintain business relationships, and meet applicable legal, recordkeeping, or security needs. We may retain limited information to respect an opt-out request. Information held independently by RB2B and other providers is subject to their retention practices.

We use safeguards to protect information, but no website or method of transmission can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Children’s information

This website is intended for business professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us so we can address it.
